FRIDAY June 10th SCHEDULE



10 AM:

Doors Open for Badge Pick Up throughout the entire day until 11 pm

Late Registration Begins at 10 am at a Separate line and Ends for all Official Tournament Signups at 5 Pm to create Brackets. Late Reg is Cash Only $40 for your weekend Badge and $10 Per Game

Casual Stations will be open all morning until 6 pm for those who are registered and have picked up their badges.


IMPORTANT NOTE for EVO Seeding Tournaments: All those signing up for Marvel VS Capcom 3 and SSF4 AE Late will be filled into BYEs Left on the 8 pools for each game. You will be randomly thrown in and NOT seeded by your location. To avoid being paired with a friend you MUST register online in Advance before the Deadline of June 6th at Midnight. If all Byes are filled up then you will not be allowed to register to compete on Saturday in these EVO Seeded Tournaments. Each Pool will be divided evenly with up to 64 players in each pool totaling a possible maximum of 512 entrants across 8 pools. For everyone registering online Before June 6th Pools will be posted on the front page of www.ceogaming.org on Wednesday June 8th at 10 pm.

2 Players will come out from Each Pool. One Winner without any losses and One from Loser’s Side. So 16(8 Winners and 8 Loser) players will make it out of Pools into a Semifinal Bracket to be played throughout the endings of Pools. Your first loss will carry over to the top 16 so your next loss will be elimination.



For All other Tournaments They will be run based upon number of entrants:

For 64 Or Less players One Double Elimination Bracket.

For 65-128 players Divided into 4 Pools of 32 players or less each to cut to top 8.

For over 129-256 Players It will be Divided into 4 Pools with 64 Or less to cut to top 8.

Will be on site Signups for Marvel Vs Capcom 3(Xbox 360) 3v3 Team Tournament and Mortal Kombat 9(Ps3) 2v2 Mode with a cap at 32 Teams. Entry is $15 per team Total and the Prize Split is 70/20/10. Have your Team captain ready with a Team Name and the name of players on your team. Team Tournaments will begin at 7 PM. All Matches will be 1 Game with ONLY the Grand Finals being 2/3.
